Just Olde Stuff is a unique and nostalgic shop located in Historic Downtown DeLand. This site was formally the Schwinn Bicycle Shop and has been various businesses since it was built as an Ice Cream Store in the early 1930's. Generations of DeLand residents may remember it as the Rural Gas Company in the 40's or The DeLand Bike & Hobby Shop, which was owned by Ralph Meade in the 60's.

John and Kathy Cook opened Just Olde Stuff in October of 2000. The shop carries antique, used furniture and collectibles which include Pottery, Ceramics, Glassware, China, Decorative and Collectible Plates, Sterling and Silver Plate Pieces, Needlepoint and Cross Stitch Items, Dated Kitchen Tools and Utensils, Enamelware, Old Tools, Costume Jewelry, Watercolors, Oil Paintings and Prints.

The store also carries a delightful variety of Village that are hand made in Maine. This collection of jar candles, tea lights, votives, and fragrance tarts, as well as the candle lamps, holders and tart burners of varied designs will compliment any decor.

A large portion of Just Olde Stuff's most nostolgic inventory is made up of items from the 30's through the 60's, which were once commonplace, but now collectables. Most of the store's selection comes from local estates. The Cooks also make buying trips through the Midwest at least once a year.

Working with local attorneys and accountants, estate liquidation is another service "Just Olde Stuff" will provide. They will liquidate an entire household and leave the home "broom clean", ready for sale or occupancy.

Stop by and see John, Kathy, Sara and Sammie, and browse through their vast and varied array of nostalgic and sentimental items while listening to the background music from the 60's and 70's.
